Employment Pathways for Interns and Co-ops (EPIC Program)

The EPIC program at IBM is designed to help you build your skills and familiarize you with IBM's organization and work style. It also provides you a chance to take IBM for a test drive! The IBM EPIC work experience will provide you with a competitive edge when you enter the workforce as a new graduate, and immerse you in a highly innovative environment filled with some of the brightest and smartest people in the world.

To qualify for student opportunities, applicants must be enrolled at an accredited University or College pursuing a diploma or bachelor and/or post graduate degree. Students must be returning to school after their work term placement to be qualified for a student position. IBM hires students for 4, 8, 12 and 16 month work terms (depending on the type of student placement), which start in January, May, or September.
